What's the difference between "shoppers per run" and "runs per month"?
A run is one full simulation of your store — every shopper (or "agent") in that run starts fresh, follows their own persona, and reports back what broke. Shoppers per run is how many parallel personas walk through your store — more means wider coverage of edge cases, devices, and intents. Runs per month is how often you can fire off those simulations. Higher tiers give you both.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard — no phone call, no retention gauntlet. Upgrades are prorated and apply immediately; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal.
What happens if I use up my runs before the month is over?
You'll get a heads-up at 80% usage. After that, you can wait for your next cycle, buy an overage bundle (+1,000 agents for $19 on Launch, scaling with tier), or upgrade to the next plan — we'll prorate the difference.
Do unused runs roll over?
Runs expire at the end of each billing cycle. The model is designed around continuous testing cadence, not stockpiling. On annual plans you can borrow up to 30% of next month's allowance against heavy release weeks.
Is the free Seedling tier really free forever?
Yes. Two runs a month, 100 agents each — enough to pressure-test a pre-launch store or diagnose a single funnel. We verify your store via Shopify so the free tier isn't abused. No auto-upgrade, no card on file.
How accurate are the AI shopper agents compared to real traffic?
Scyntic's agents model intent, not clicks. They surface friction — broken CTAs, confusing copy, trust gaps, checkout snags — the same things real users experience but rarely report. They catch ~80% of issues before you pay to drive traffic to them. Most useful: pre-launch, post-theme-change, and new product drops.
What if I need more than Scale offers?
